Specialty Greens & Edible Flowers


Our specialty greens and herbs span a broad range of native and heirloom varieties that mature throughout the year. They are selected for flavor, appearance, and uniqueness, the variety of leaf shapes (smooth to crinkled edges) and colors (pale green to red).  A few of these wildlings added to an ordinary lettuce blend will send your recipe to the flavor stratosphere.

Typical seasonal offerings might include:

 

  • Dandelion in March

  • Chickweed in April

  • Hyssop in May

  • Dill leaf in June

  • Dock in July

  • Arugula in August

  • French sorrel in September
