Specialty greens and herbs are a broad range of native and heirloom varieties which mature throughout the year. They are always selected for flavor, appearance and uniqueness. Most stand on their own as a unique dish, many compliment other flavors, colors and textures. Their distinctive flavors are enhanced by the healthy soil that supports their flourishing. The variety of leaf shapes (smooth to crinkled edges) and colors (pale green to red) make them attractive for any occasion.
